All Sales Are Final

All sales made on Explicit's Mod Shop are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances due to the nature of our products and services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we do allow exchanges in certain situations where the product is found to be defective upon arrival. Exchanges may be granted for the following issues:

• Red Ring of Death (RROD) on Xbox 360 consoles.

• Console not powering on upon arrival.

• Severe hardware failure that prevents normal operation.
  
  

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be in the same condition as received, without any tampering.

• The serial number must match our records.

• Proof of the issue (such as photos or video evidence) must be provided.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. 

Depending on availability, exchanges may be fulfilled with a comparable replacement console.  Alternatively, we may offer store credit equal to the original purchase price, which can be used toward any product in our store.
