60-Day Repair Warranty
Each console comes with a 60-day repair warranty, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty begins from the date of receiving the product, as indicated on your tracking number. A broken warranty seal will void any warranty on the console.
Warranty Covered
The following are included in the warranty coverage:
- Red Ring of Dead (RROD): Coverage includes a replacement of the console in the event of the RROD error, which generally indicates a hardware failure. This warranty applies only if the RROD occurs under normal usage conditions and is not due to external damage.
- Disk Drive Errors: Includes repair or replacement of the disk drive if it fails to read game discs or ejects discs unexpectedly. Coverage applies provided the issue isn't caused by physical damage.
- Bricked Consoles: Coverage includes restoration services for consoles that fail to boot due to firmware errors or system file corruption during normal operation. This warranty does not cover consoles bricked due to improper modding practices, uneducated firmware installations, or external software interference.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Unexpected damages during shipping: Any damage incurred during shipping is not covered under the warranty. We recommend that customers inspect their package upon delivery and contact the shipping provider directly for claims of damage during transit.
- Water damage: Damage from exposure to water or other liquids is not covered under the warranty.
- Tampering: Any attempt to modify, flash, or tamper with the system beyond its original RGH setup.
How to Request a Repair:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your console.
- You must provide proof of the issue and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If eligible, we will cover shipping for the repaired or replacement unit.
