We do not condone or support piracy, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or any illegal activities involving modified consoles. By purchasing from us, customers accept responsibility for understanding and adhering to applicable laws and regulations regarding console modifications in their respective locations.

Additionally, customers are encouraged to use our products ethically and responsibly. While our refurbished consoles are optimized for offline and development use, we strongly advise against engaging in activities that violate copyright laws or any other intellectual property rights. Explicit's Mod Shop reserves the right to refuse service to individuals suspected of violating ethical guidelines.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. By making a purchase, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The use of our services must not contravene any local, national, or international laws.

3. Contract Agreement

By purchasing a product or service from Explicit's Mod Shop, the customer acknowledges and agrees to enter into a binding contract with Explicit's Mod Shop. This contract is enforceable under applicable laws and regulations and includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions:

  • The customer agrees to abide by all Terms and Conditions stated herein.

  • The purchase transaction is final once completed, and any disputes will be handled according to the dispute resolution terms outlined in this document.

  • The customer agrees not to hold Explicit's Mod Shop liable for any damages, losses, or repercussions resulting from the use of the purchased product or service.

  • Explicit's Mod Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are suspected.

  • Customers agree that they have read and understood all warranty, liability, and exchange policies before making a purchase.

Failure to comply with the terms of this contract may result in the termination of services and possible legal action.

4. Product and Service Disclaimer

  • Explicit's Mod Shop is not liable for any bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by Microsoft or other third-party services due to the use of a modified console.
  • Once a console has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for any modifications, third-party software installations, or actions that may alter its original configuration.
  • These consoles are primarily intended for offline and development use. Connecting to Xbox Live or other online services may result in permanent bans or service restrictions.

Customers should be aware that any unauthorized attempts to alter or modify the console beyond the customizations provided by Explicit's Mod Shop may void eligibility for repair services.

5. 60-Day Repair Warranty

  • A 60-day repair warranty applies to all consoles purchased from Explicit's Mod Shop.
  • This warranty strictly covers hardware malfunctions occurring under normal operating conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, self-inflicted damage, modifications, physical impact, liquid exposure, or external alterations beyond the original modifications provided.
  • Customers requesting repairs under warranty must cover return shipping costs. Explicit's Mod Shop will cover repair expenses and the cost of shipping the unit back to the customer.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue. Any missing information may result in delays or rejection of the claim.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • All product prices are displayed in USD and are subject to modification at any time without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required before any product or service is processed or dispatched.
  • Explicit's Mod Shop accepts Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. Any chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals will be contested with proof of transaction, order fulfillment, and tracking information.
  • Customers who initiate disputes without first contacting Explicit's Mod Shop for resolution may be restricted from future purchases.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Explicit's Mod Shop does not offer refunds or returns. However, exchanges may be granted under specific conditions outlined in the Refund and Return Policy. Customers requesting exchanges must adhere to the stated guidelines, including submission of valid proof of purchase, return of defective items in their original condition, and compliance with any other verification processes required by Explicit's Mod Shop.
